Custom domains

Point your own domain at a service and get automatic HTTPS.

Point a domain you own at a service and Gheima provisions HTTPS for it automatically. Domains are added per service and counted across your account.

Add a domain#

  1. 1

    Open Custom domains

On the service page, find the Custom domains panel and click “Add domain”.

  2. 2

    Enter your domain

Type a domain you own, e.g. app.example.com, and confirm. Gheima gives you the DNS records to add.

Add the DNS records#

At your DNS provider, create these two records, then come back and click “Verify”:

CNAME
Name: your domain. Value: your service’s subdomain, e.g. my-app.gheima.ma.
TXT
Name: _gheima-challenge.your-domain. Value: the verification token shown in the panel.

DNS can take a few minutes to propagate. If verification fails, wait and try again, and double-check the TXT value.

Automatic TLS#

Once the domain shows “Verified”, HTTPS is provisioned and renewed automatically — there’s nothing to install. Custom domains are available on every paid plan.

Your app is reachable on your own domain over HTTPS, with certificates issued and renewed for you.
